Skill-lync - financial fraud in the name of education

Hello sir/madam, this is shilpa. I have registered for a online course with skill-lync.com. Before registering itself i have enquired them about course cancellation that time they told we can do it for medical reasons. after registering the course I have conceived and i tried to push myself to go with the course, but I couldn't so I requested them for course cancellation. now they are telling that it is not possible and you agreed to all the terms and you are responsible for everything. they are not accepting the initial words given by their team.
when they approached me I have asked them that I need time to take a decision about my career, they didn't gave me that space they used to call continuously . and i felt in that trap. during that time also they forced me to register with ****, and told like take decision after registering. when I told that I cann't pay that much of amount at a time, person from skill-lync team told that they have an option to pay monthly **** that is the min amount he is providing from his side. after registering only he told that finance team will guide me through the remaining process. after that person from finance team called and told about Eduvandz finance pvt.ltd. till that time I'm not aware of loan is going to processed for this. the loan is completely disbursed at once to skill-lync accont( not aware of this also).
now the people are torturing me with calls for emi payment. eduvandz team is making calls and pressuring me to pay emi till they get cancellation confirmation from skill-lync. ans skill-lync people are telling that they cann't cancel the course and I need to get one person fro my friends or relative and transfer the loan or continue the course.
even though I have mailed them my medical records and explaining them about what their agent promised me before. i'm pregnent now and couldn't able handle the stres these skill-lync and eduvanz finance people are giving.
