Regarding SBI Credit card
My friend has taken your credit card and after few months when his outstanding was gone high he tried to call your customer care multiple times ( we have proof ) but your customer are dept did not help him to convert the amount into EMI.
Now today one of your executive called him and misbehaves with him as well as he has used abusing word with my friend.
Now he went into depression and medically he is very unstable.
This is the way you r handing the customer.
I want to put this all story in social media
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
