Bought hearing aids worth ***** from Flipkart. Seller is not authorised seller. Company wanted invoice and stamp on warranty card from authorised seller. Seller is not providing the same. Gave a complaint to flipkart on *st July. As on *th August no resolution from Flipkart. The same seller "City Health" is selling very costly hearing aids on flipkart even now announcing two years warranty even though he is not an authorised seller and we cannot claim warranty with his invoice. Many buyers like me are still getting cheated by him but flipkart has not taken any action on him inspite of my repeated calls, emails and tweets.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
