I placed an order on paytm mall. Payment failed. Paytm mall asked me to retry payment. I retried the payment. But the promo codes I had used did not apply after I retried my payment. Since the category of the product I order cannot be cancelled, I am not allowed to cancel. I would like to cancel the order and place a new order by using promo codes. They do not have a customer care neither can I talk to anyone ... Please help
