Wishcare - Unable to cancel my order

I have ordered something on wishcare mistakenly now I can't cancel it! They don't have an option for canceling the order on their website .The whatsapp bot stopped responding . I emailed them also and no reply whatsoever . Can you help me to cancel my order[WC*******]? Thankyou.
