Dear Support Team,
I placed an order for a hair serum and completed the online payment successfully. My order number is WC*******. I received the confirmation email and tracking details.
Today, the delivery person arrived at my doorstep, but the order could not be delivered because an OTP was required for delivery confirmation. However, I have still not received any OTP through SMS or email from either the company or the delivery partner.
As the OTP was not received, the delivery person refused to hand over the package.
I am raising this ticket to request you to:
Resend the OTP immediately, or
Coordinate with the delivery partner to complete the delivery of my order as soon as possible.
Please resolve this issue at the earliest.
There's no response in mail and call, so am reached here to get support
