I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a critical technical failure on your platform that is preventing me from managing my booking.
I have a flight booked from Raipur to Goa under PNR: P*UCVW. I need to cancel this ticket immediately; however, I am unable to do so due to the following issues with your app and website:
OTP Failure: When attempting to log in via my registered mobile number, the OTP is not generating/being received.
Email Verification Failure: I attempted to log in using my email address, but I am not receiving the required verification mail.
Because of these system errors, I am completely locked out of my account and cannot access the "Manage Booking" section to process my cancellation.
Lack of Support: I have already attempted to resolve this by:
Sending emails to your support team (to which I have received no response).
Calling your customer care number repeatedly (which goes unanswered).
My Demand: Since I am unable to cancel the ticket due to your technical faults and lack of support response, I request that you manually cancel my ticket (PNR: P*UCVW) immediately.
