I have ordered one item from closet hues last year in Mar****. But due to COVID-** lockdown order gets cancelled. When I spoke to them they said credit has been generated against my order with lifetime validity. But now if I am trying to make new purchase they are not replying over whatsapp or email. They are not telling how can I use my existing credit. They are not even refunding my money.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
