spending about Rs ****. After I placed the order I could not place the cancellation request when I realised the product is actually plastic and I had to wait for the product to be delivered in order to raise the return request.
The company is not accepting the return, stating there is no damage in the product. I had even requested them to deduct the cancellation charges or courier charges and accept return. Alternatively I requested them to accept the return in exchange to another product from pepperfry. They are still not accepting my request
This is unacceptable. As a customer I have right to choose the product of my choice. Company should have policy of exchange atleast. The product is of no use for me.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
