Rameez filed complaint against Make My Trip on Dec 12, 2017
I booked * indigo air tickets through Makemytrip for travel on **th July **** from Calicut to Delhi under Booking ID NF**************. Despite many calls to the customer care Makemytrip is not refunding the excess User Development Fee . they asked me to call indigo and initiate the refund to Makemytrip , which I did. and they confirmed they got the money and promised would transfer to my bank account next. but no such action is being made.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
