Ubereats - UberEats charged me for no reason

I was browsing for cakes through uber eats and I added one in my cart just to see the available coupons and than remove it from the cart. After roughly * hours uber eats guy comes for the delivery with same cake. When we asked him that we have not placed the order He said no issues its happening with a lot of other people also and cancelled the order and went away . I received no email , no sms , the order was not even displaying in my order list till that time. But the next morning the order start displaying in my order list and uber eats had charged me for the same, even though it was not placed by me and we also have not received any items from ubereats for the order. Worst part is when we raised a support request they just said that we can not refund the amount because we had delivered the cake , it was you who asked for cancelation ! Order No E****
