I have had an order made on uber eats on **th September. For some reasons I cancelled the order and ordered the same once again. Uber Eats had deducted money from my Paytm Account twice but never had refunded the amount for which order got cancelled or never got delivered. Since then I have been trying to reach them on the help page of the app but they are not responding at all. Usually the refund amount gets reflected on the originated account within * hours of cancellation but in my case its been over two weeks. They hardly have bothered to reach me out for my concern.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
