I had ordered on *th june , **** from uber eats via cash on delivery of Rs **. I got food and paid cash Rs ** to delivery. Generally we do not open uber receipt email and same i did not open. Now on *th June, **** when am ordering food it shows that i owe previous balance of rs **. its because my delivery boy report that i did not pay. As far as i know uber delivery boy dont handover food or cancel order until they dont get payment. So please resume my uber account balance its shows I owe money of uber eat which i do not have.
I have attach an evidence for the same which shows i got discount. still while ordering its asking me to pay previous balance.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
