I booked a cab(Uber) for my uncle on **/**/**** at *:**PM. The drived ended the trip within * mins and took my uncle to some other place and told him your booking was made for wrong destination. When my uncle called me the driver asked for charges more than double. As it was night time and my uncle was not familiar about the city i asked the driver to drop him safely and my uncle had to pay the charges to him.
Then i wanted to complaint to Uber but there is no any options for such complaint and no response from their side.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
