Uber Cab Service - Uber cab service collected money twice from me for the same ride

Had hired Uber cab service on **th Jan, **** to reach home from Bengaluru Railway station. Total charge for the ride was Rs ***.** and paid the driver using Google Pay. After ** months, Uber added the same amount to my ride on *st March **** as unsettled amount and collected Rs ***.** from me. (Rs ***.* ride amount + Rs ***.** unsettled amount). I have submitted proof of my payment of Rs ***, on **th Jan **** to Uber and pushing them to return/credit the duplicate amount of Rs ***.** collected again on * March, ****. Uber is not paying money back. It was their system error. Nothing to do with my payment. Have been trying to reach them through mail, raised a ticket in Uber help. They accept the error but not paying my money. Please help.
