Ceat Tyres - Tyre and Tube leaked almost immdeately after replacement

I replaced my Hero Xpulse back tyre with a CEAT Gripp XL ***/**. I rode it back home and parked it overnight. The next day when I took the bike the tyre was almost half flat. I took it back to the tyre shop and it was found that there was a puncture in the inner part of the tyre where it meet the rim. Inspite of my asking him to replace the tube at least if not both the tube and tyre, the dealer did not do so saying Ceat would not compensate him and that it would take months to get the problem addressed. So he only stuck the puncture and I am now using a brand new tyre with a puncture repaired. Please help me in getting my tube and tyre replaced as I had to ride the bike with the puncure and I am worried also that the tyre life might be shortened. I bought the tyre on **th may and found out the puncture on **th may. The tyre was repaired on **th may. On **th may I sent a mail to customer care at Ceat. I have spoken to two people at Ceat Shigil and Akhil regarding this. I had asked them to reply to my mail if they were not going to address my issue. I have not yet got a reply from them and they have not given me a resolution yet. Can you please help? I have the bill for the tyre and have shared it with Ceat employees too.
