Prakash patel filed complaint against Ceat Tyres on May 25, 2020
I purchased activa's front wheel tube on *th march from Gurukrupa tyre & puncture which is situated under Sahaj flats, radhanpur road, mahesana******. After that i did not use my vehicle because of **nd march lockdown. Today i start to use but it is useless due to lack of air, so i go to this shop and complain to replace the damaged valve tube but he denied. Therefore i have to complain to you for your service about replacement. So please reply as soon as possible. I attached the photos of shop where i purchased the tube and which got damaged in just few months i. E. valve tube.
