Handed over my Honda Activa *G( Metallic Grey) [Reg No: TN** AH ****] purchased on March **** to the mentioned transporter at Chennai for delivery to Ghaziabad on December **** which was assured to be delivered on Jan ****.
An extra payment of Rs **** was taken besides their transportation fees of Rs **** via account transfer.
The vehicle has not yet been delivered even after ** months despite repeated attempts to contact and false assurances.
I am a student requiring my vehicle for daily commute to college and have been suffering from mental harrasment immensely.
Please help.
