With reference to docket # *********, I was expecting to receive my packages by *. After verifying the status, I found that my belongings are lying in Patna since last *-* days. A wrong update has been uploaded on the tracker as nobody has visited my place till date. Tried calling everyone starting from delivery boy to manager. Nobody is taking responsibility. Manager’s mobile (shared by the delivery boy) remains off throughout the day. Pathetic service and customer service is even worst.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
