I have done an online payment but when the parcel I have ordered reached guwahati. It got cancel without my information.i contacted the customer service, they said they have to confirm the delhivery but to no avail as they did not contact me back.. So I called the delhivery, they told me the seventh heaven told them to cancel the parcel and have returned back to them on *June ****.i called seventh heaven customer service again they said they will refund the money within *days but till now they have not refund my money. So please help me of their negligence.
