Seventh Heaven - Seventh Heaven Lisbon Sofa Poor quality

I have ordered Seventh Heaven Lisbon * Seater Wooden Sofa cum Bed on **/**/**** from Flipkart and after using a month that was very poor quality, sofa bed not converting to sofa and it's legs band and twisted and not standing straight now I am not able to use as it is limping.
It covers * Years Warranty, when I call to seventh Heaven customer care they told to send invoice and video which I have sent them now It passed more then week but I didn't get any response from them. I have constantly follow up with them.I do not have much time & energy to go to consumer fourms every time just to claim a warranty when the product falsely promises a * year warranty. Hence now after much mental harassment, i only want a refund, not a repair or availing warranty.
