Flipkart - Two order cancelled

First I ordered covid-** self rapid test antigen kit on **th Dec **** I was promised to deliever that product by **th Ced **** they have not delivered then I called them via telephone they said it would be getting delivered by **th Dec **** not delivered then on ** th Dec **** they told by **st Dec **** it would be delivered but they cancelled my order. And on **rd Jan **** I ordered one slipper at **% percent discount for Rs.** they cancelled my order today **th Jan **** now I cannot reorder it as it is currently unavailable I called them why my order got cancelled they told me because seller not able to ship your order then I said flipkart not mentioned that order may be cancelled when I was ordering the product I asked for compensation and they disconnected my call. Around * to * times this same thing happened.
