Using Airtel thanks application, on April **th, ****, I paid Rs.*,***/_ for * no Beetal landlines phones to COUNFREEDISE RETAIL SERVICES ltd. They have taken money and did not dispached the landline phone devices till now . I think this company is doing fruad.They are not responding to my calls.The Beetal Company and COUNFREEDISE RETAIL SERVICES LTD are cheating all airtel thanks app customers. Airtel company is responsibility as this has happened to Airtel customers using Airtel thanks app.
