I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I have encountered with my June EMI payment for zip emi loans. It appears that my savings account was debited twice for the same EMI amount on **.**.**** & **.**.****.
Details of the transactions are as follows:
- Date of first deduction: **.**.****
- Amount: ****
- Date of second deduction: **.**.****
- Amount: ****
This double deduction has caused an unexpected financial strain, and I kindly request your immediate attention to rectify this error. I would appreciate it if you could investigate the matter urgently and initiate the process for adjust in August EMI because July EMI already deducted . I have complaint many times by call. I have all call details but nobody help me on this matter.
Attached to this email are copies of relevant documents, including bank statements highlighting the duplicate deductions for your reference.
