TVS - TVS jupiter scooter Starting issue

I have submit my TVS jupiter at Gita motors ,Jagatsinghpur till **th Jan-****,due to starting problem, after **days passed but still my issue not resolved .I have also complain logged at TVS customer care complain no( TVS_Gr_************).but any body not listening
