Gopichand Palicherla filed complaint against TVS on Sep 11, 2024
I have * year battery warranty on my TVS iQube and within ** month battery died. Problem happened within * months as it started discharging fast and eventually not charging at all. TVS showroom and area manager say "that I did not charge battery for * months and I did not bring it to their attention sooner hence they can not cover under warranty".
It was hard to realise that it was a battery problem until it stopped charging. This can not be excuse to deny warranty for me. None of these clauses were mentioned to me when I was purchasing the vehicle nor is this mentioned in the warrant documentation.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
