TVS - TVS Dealership Overcharge

On **th September I went to Nayak TVS (Makronia Sagar Madhya Pradesh), there I liked a rider helmet of yellow colour and asked for the price, as there was no price tag on the helmet, the manager looked at something on his mobile and said that the helmet costs ****/-, I asked for a discount, he said, he will give me a discount of ***/-, I said ok and I made UPI payment of ****/-, after that they gave me a handmade bill instead of a computer generated bill, and I brought the helmet, and when I checked on the official TVS website, I found that the MRP of the helmet is ****/- only and the company always sells this helmet at a **-**% discount, the online price was ****/-

I went to the showroom the next day and asked why did you do this, why did you give me the helmet at a wrong price, they returned me ***/-, then I said that your company She is selling the helmet for Rs. ****/- and you had given me a discount in the beginning, so you should give me the helmet price for Rs. ****/- and return back my remaining amount, then they started misbehaving and said that the helmet is worth Rs. ****/- only as old price, we gave you Rs. ***/- from our side, I had seen the old price, after that I said to manager - brother try to understand I come from a long distance, petrol alone costs Rs. ***/-, still you will not give me a discount, then the manager said "this is not my problem" (this is manger's word), The manager remained adamant on the price of Rs. ****/-, (Till then I did not know that this helmet was never sold for more than Rs ****/-),

The thing is that the manager was lying and was not giving up his ego. he said to me, you should not try to bullying me (this is manager's word), take this money and go from here, after that another employee came and said you should have seen the price first and then bought it, you should not have given me any offer, and if you were getting a good price online then you should have bought it from there, why did you come here, they were talking in an insulting manner, then I asked to return the helmet, then they refused, then I said give me its price tag, then they refused, then I asked for the computer generated bill, then they said he is not an accountant We'll send you the bill via WhatsApp. I gave them my number, but they haven't sent me a bill as of today.

One more thing, when I went to buy a helmet on **th September, the dealership manager was praising the YAMAHA bike, he said that TVS is nothing in front of YAMAHA, TVS will never be able to provide low maintenance like Yamaha, then I felt bad that this person is sitting in TVS dealership just for the salary. Now when the managers of TVS themselves speak ill of TVS, then how will TVS bikes sell?

They were following me around until the purchase was due. After the payment was made, their behavior suddenly changed.
*.They Insulted me
*. Didn't return the full payment
*. they Spoke rudely and staff was fully support their manager with his lying words
*. Threatened me, (he called their staff member during conversation)
*. Insulted me instead of apologizing
*. Is this how dealerships behave?
*. Made a fake bill
*. Cheated me
*. So much drama just for ₹***.
*. Mentally harassed me.
**.Till date I have not received the computer generated bill.
**. I have a TVS bike. I will never buy a TVS product again. I made a mistake by going to a TVS showroom.
**. If I wanted, I could have bought it from Amazon also, but I wanted to buy genuine TVS product from the showroom only, now how would I have known that fraud happens in TVS showrooms, if I had not checked the price and had not gone to collect the money, they would have fooled me.

I hope you will take serious action and I will get justice.
It is with great regret that I have to say that dealerships are busy fooling the public.
When they want to sell goods, they start boasting and making tempting offers. When the goods are sold and we complain to them about selling the goods above the price, they start misbehaving, make a drama to return the money,
