TVS Credit services - TVS Credit harrasment

Yesterday some people called me from TVS Credit , Malleswaram, Bangalore and said they are ready to give me Restructuring.
Once they came here,they acted like they are inspecting my car and they took my car and said they are seizing my car for not paying one EMI.
I had to call them for * hrs and in the night they came by ** pm and demanded Rs.**** for them to give them the car to me.
They were very rude. there is a manager called santhosh (Contact number - +**-**********)under whose supervision these people took my car.
i am arranging the EMI and with great difficulty i had to give **** to those people.
I want to take this to your highest level and escalate this issue.
I want you to adjust this **** towards my emi and confirm and so that i can pay the balance emi.

I also got calls from these numbers and they were saying that Santhosh had instructed them to do so. their numbers are +************, **********

I have not got any receipt for Rs,**** given to them.
please escalate this to highest level and i know this mail will also be seen by that Santhosh and i dont care.
i want a solution and not be cheated.
