One plus - TV Refund not received yet

I had bought one plus tv from amazon online. My Tv is in *-year panel warranty. I got black line on panel suddenly and i raised complaint IN*****TV********* on **Aug****. Engineer came on **Aug****, and he told me tv will be replaced as panel cannot be repaired. He told me he will update tv status after reaching office. He never called me back. I kept calling him and he never picked my call. I complained to customer care, and they told me it will take **-** days for new panel. I told them engineer told me for new tv replacement and you are telling for new panel. i RAISED Complaint in INGRAM docket no. ******* and they responded for refund amount but never received refund till date. I am mailing them daily and calling them but no response on my refund, I message on official twitter handle as well but no response. They are asking me to wait from last ** days and doing nothing. Please ask them to release my refund.
