I bought OnePlus Z* neck band in the month of December after which it got damaged in the month of February after which I sent my OnePlus Z* neck band to OnePlus service center for repair/replacement through pick and drop service on **/**/**** but I have not received it yet.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
