I have purchased tv in December ****, with one year warranty . On June **th my Tv started showing lines etc and than I approached them for replacement / repair . I contacted Vijay sales and they said to speak to toshibha and I started interacting with Toshibha but nothing moved.
Finally one of his officer - Sonu Yadav promised for **% discount which I agreed but till date noting is moved.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
