My Toshiba smart LED TV (** inch) started showing problem. I booked TV repair with Urban Company (UC) on **-July'**. The TV was returned after * days with the promise that TV is fully repaired. I paid Rs **** for the repair service. Within * weeks same problem occurred. I again booked for TV repair on **-Aug. Same mechanic visited my place on **-Aug. Due to * months warranty policy from UC, I was told *nd repair is free and the TV was taken by the mechanic for repair. It has been more than a week since the TV was taken for repair, neither the mechanic nor UC is giving fixed date to return the TV. I contacted UC multiple times, each time they extend deadline without giving any justification. I am afraid my TV has been damaged/degraded.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
