I have purchased a Thomson b* pro **" HD ready led smart tv on **.**.****. They delivered the product on **.**.**** and Installed on **.**.****. After ** days of usage, the led panel of the tv stops working from **.**.****. I sent mail to Thomson customer care on the same day but till today **.**.**** my issue is not resolved and Thomson is not ready for a replacement after sale no value for customers and pathetic service.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
