Sir,
We have purchased Thomson B* Pro *** cm Full HD LED Smart TV through Flipkart on **-**-**** bearing Order ID OF******************. DATED **-**-****.The product No. TVs FSN: TVSF*YYHTYEG*NHB HSN/SAC:********.
Now the display on TV screen gets dark and disappears when we keep it on and watch TV for an hour or more. When we switch it on again, it works for another hour or more. I think the TV screen display has some problem so I request you sir to get it replaced as TV has a warranty of * year. We have the warranty for * more months.
Afterwards Jeeves engineer TRISHUL RAJU visited and checked the TV and informed that the TV will be replaced within a week. But so far it has not been replaced. So please a file a complaint against the company and do justice to us.
