We purchased kodak smart tv on ** july from metro wholesale meerut and soon after the installation tv is not functioning properly.speakers are not good.tv does not switch on properly.we have complaint this to customer care the agent came and checked and said that they cll only repair this but noone till date has come to repair.
As the time is running after the warraty period completes then they vll say that warranty period has expired and you hav to pay for repair.
Noone is replying and giving excuses of corona pandemic.
Tv should replace to new one as there is manufacturing fault.
