Gandepalli lovaraju filed complaint against kodak smart TV on Jul 19, 2025
I ordered this TV on **-**-**** and it was delivered on **-**-**** (Invoice No. OD******************). This TV has a one year warranty, which expired on **-**-****. Unfortunately, just one day after the warranty expired, i.e. on **-**-****, my TV is not getting any sound and the picture is black. It is very disappointing that this problem has come up right after the warranty period has expired. Since it is only a day late, I request you to consider this case as a "grace period" or a special case and repair the TV under warranty. Please note that this problem may have started during the warranty period, but I am a little late in filing the complaint.
