I have purchase sony tv ** inch tv in the month of january ****,in feb **** there were black spots in tv, i complained in service center , the technician visited my place and he said there is dust in it, how it is possible that dust came in tv, i live in residential complex and there was no work going in my house that dust will come, i was shocked to hear, but as technician said so i agreed for service and i paid for service which was did in march ****,but again in december **** same problem arised and black spots came again, why this issue is happening, i believe this is a defective tv, i want a total replace of my tv to be done urgently
