We had purchased VU tv through Flipkart & then opted for extended warranty of Jeeves. Suddenly we faced a problem in switching power on of TV ** days back & lodged a complaint.And we came to know our new S.No.was not updated in the system through the company due to which they could not do anything.After so many follow ups it got updated but till date nobody came to change our damaged part due to which we could not watch television in holidays and lot of harassment is there as no revert is there from the company.
