My TV was ** inch Vu led TV and my TV was suddenly off the display and i raise the complaint ** st of September and jeeves technician was came ** nd and he says its a blacklight issue and he updated it ....and the ** th of September was my issue was rejected and they says to me ...it will refund initiate to you they said ....that date to till now the date October *nd every day i called him they said ,,* days * days , * days and * working days. And end of the day or tomorrow morning and every time i called him the jeeves customer support they said these words only buy my issue was not resolved ...they said the mail was came to you ...then send to the bank details of mine they said ...but i want to know they didn't send the mail ...the simple mail was not they are sending to me ....if the mail was came to me....and the refund amount initiate with in * working days he said ....how many days they are said same reasons to me ....i can't find any resolution of my issue ...i want to know what did my complaint happened ...i want to raise the complaint to consumer court ..

We had purchased VU tv through Flipkart & then opted for extended warranty of Jeeves. Suddenly we faced a problem in switching power on of TV ** days back & lodged a complaint.And we came to know our new S.No.was no...
