Tumble Dry Paikpara, damaged my two products one jacket and one top. Both are winter garments. They have spoiled the product in first wash, post complain, they tried to re-wash and this time the original color did note return on top of it the fabric got damaged.
When asked for a solution they are denying the pay my original cost for product, but will pay only the amount * ** times of the washing charge and that too in wallet and forcing me to give them more items to get damaged.
