I gave a shirt to dry clean and they have damaged it. The shirt has lost its shine and it not usable anymore. It was a premium party-wear shirt from Indian Terrain brand. I have lodged complaint with them but they do not respond. The store also does not respond and say they cannot do anything.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
