I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction regarding the refund that has been pending for over two months now. Despite multiple follow-ups, the refund has still not been credited to my account.
This level of delay is completely unacceptable and reflects poor service standards. A refund that was promised within a specific timeline has been unjustifiably held without any clear resolution or accountability from your side.
