Tree House Luxury Vacations Pvt Ltd - TREE HOUSE LUXURY VACATIONS PVT LTD SCAM

I purchased a holiday package of ₹*,***** from Tree house luxury vacations pvt. Ltd. Agent name- Mr. Jeet Charan , Mr. Himanshu .

I was promised minimum * star hotel as per our holiday package policy and for *N-*D / year .

I requested to book holiday for Ahmedabad between **-September,**** to * Oct,**** .
I was asked to pay AMC ****+**% GST (*****) which i paid through UPI mode .

I was shown * star - * star hotel with room rent approx ****-**** which was not at all good hotels and no * star hotel was offered.

Also all * days booking was not done. The person handling bookings was telling that i can book only *N and rest *N in next holiday. There was no such terms and condition in contract. For all * days to be booked. They asked additional exchange fee which was around ***** rupees.

I did not pay the extra feesand requested to book * star hotel as per our holiday package policy.

After repeatitive calls and messages and countless talk on whatsapp. They booked me *N-*D hotel . And again balance *N was not booked after repetative reminders.

The sales person Mr. JEET Charam , took ₹***** in the name of AMC (not in company’s account but in personal account) by saying that there is an offer going on if we pay one AMC now, all other AMC’s will be waved off.

When i asked him to give AMC for booking. He gave reasons and started making excuses . He duped me of ***** rupees and is not paying me back.
