⚠ Travel Scam/Fraud Alert – Tree House Luxury Vacations Pvt. Ltd. ⚠
I, Tushar Deshmukh, was misled by a newly formed travel company, Tree House Luxury Vacations Pvt. Ltd., into paying INR **,*** for a “luxury holiday membership” for **N/**D. They initially promised *–* star studio hotels, but during booking process, they offered only low tier *–* star accommodations. They had also assured me to pay AMC charges as per number of booking and now demanding to pay full amount of **,*** (plus taxes). In the actual membership, they offer *N/*D with tax free coupons for *N/*D. So, in nutshell, the membership was for **N/**D. However, they are now asking me to pay taxes for the coupons. I also have written and recorded proof of this commitment from Yash Negi via WhatsApp chat. Despite this, they have stopped responding to my emails and calls.

This appears to be a deliberate scam operation. I am in the process of filing a formal complaint with the consumer court and will be sending a legal notice shortly.
