Travellook says due to fare expiration the flight ticket has been cancelled and the refund might take *-** days but the airline confirmed that they refund the money within ** hrs, more over no pnr is generated which means travellook has not even initiated the process of booking with the airline and has retained the money, i want the refund or rebooking asap as i have To provide a negative report While travelling which is valid for ** hrs only, pls refund asap pls
