RAMA filed complaint against Travelgenio on May 30, 2019
As Jet airways has cancelled its operations hence my flight from GOT to BOM has cancelled. When I contacted Jet airways they have officially confirmed on email that they have processed full refund and Travelgenio has not giving proper response on refund status and time lines. Please assist.
