Mum Taggu filed complaint against Make My Trip on Feb 17, 2018
On *th November **** I paid for a Make my trip e voucher worth **** for booking a flight. It was supposed to be delivered instantly but I haven't received it till now. In spite of repeated requests through emails and phone calls they have not resolved my query. I also lodged a complaint against them on INGRAM website on *th Jan **** after which they refunded me Rs. ****, the convenience fee charged for booking the flight after a week. However they haven't sent me the voucher nor refunded the said amount. Instead one of the representative misbehaved with me on telephone. I believe that they have wronged me and I should be compensated to a total of Rs. ***** for all the having to go through all inconveniences, waste of time & resources, mental agony, and opportunity cost of capital. Please help me get justice.
I have recordings of the telephonic & email conversations with the customer care team of the company.
