Travel Triangle - Travel Triangle is not returning the flight booking amounts

Respected Madam/ Sir,

I have booked a Group Trip on **th Feb **** from an online Travel Agency ( https://traveltriangle.com/ ) having Trip id Trip ID *******. We supposed to travel to Kerala on *th May **** and Return on **th May ****. But due to Covid situation My flights which agent has booked * tickets from Indigo airline got cancelled. Initially airline provided Credit shell but later in between June **** to August ****, they refunded all amount (INR ***,***.**/-) to Agent( Travel Triangle).

On *th October Hon'ble DGCA has published "Circular - Refund on cancellation of air tickets during COVID ** lockdown - reg.". In which we are falling in Para * (ii) where we have booked tickets prior to Lock down and Travel was up to ** th May ****.

Now the Credit shell is no more valid and the full refund has already done by Airline to Agent. Now agent is not refunding the amount and they did not even informed us about the money which is refunded since August. In this Pandemic situation INR ***,***.**/- puts a lot of value to us and we want our money back. So please help us.
