This is my flight booking reference id REF********* . I booked a ticket ** th june from kolkata to coimbatore , but they cancel the ticket due the mis-operation . And my money also debited **** Rs . I scared i called to customer care, they said wait for ** days , amount will refund . After ** days i called for not credited . They casually said , wait another ** days , still in process . Now i thought the website are fruad .
Kindly take the complaint to take action .
