I booked a ticket on ** April **** by travellook.in. It got cancelled. Customer care called me that your amount will be refunded within ** working days. It is almost *.* month, I did not get my amount refunded . I called multiple times and mailed multiple time. No response at all.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
